Founded in 2012 by whisky entrepreneur, Alison Parc, Brenne Whisky is crafted from seed to spirit in the heart of Cognac, France in very limited batches. She and the distiller collaborated over four years to refine the aging spirit and continued laying down more barrels as each year’s crop of barley was ready to be harvested. Incorporating Cognac casks in the whisky aging process has helped usher in a new style of whiskey within the Single Malt category.
