FEW Spirits is a grain-to-glass producer of American Gins and Whiskies. As the first distillery in Evanston, IL (near Chicago) since prohibition, the name coincidentally matches the initials of Francis Elizabeth Willard, a local woman who was a key figure in the temperance movement. Just a coincidence, though. Each of their bottles also features a different illustration from the Chicago World’s Fair of 1892, another fine piece of local history.
